Arriving in Salerno: port, station and airport transfer guide

Identify the arrival point

For a ferry or cruise, check the terminal or pier on your travel documents. For a train, send the exact station and train number. For a flight, verify Salerno or Naples Airport and provide the flight number. Keep booking changes with the transport company separate from changes to your road transfer.

Prepare one complete request

Send the date, scheduled arrival, hotel name and full address, passengers with children’s ages, and number and size of bags. Add pushchairs, mobility equipment or multiple hotel stops. For a return, include the reporting time required by the airline, railway or ship operator.

Know what has been confirmed

A WhatsApp message starts a request. Before considering the transfer booked, confirm availability, total price, meeting point, vehicle capacity, waiting arrangements and cancellation terms. The road service does not automatically include ferry or rail tickets, attraction entry, guides or local porter services.
