Send the station name and train number
Use the station printed on your ticket and include the train number, travel date and scheduled arrival. Salerno station and Naples stations are different pickup locations. Let us know if your ticket or connection changes so the meeting can be reviewed.
From the platform to the car
The driver’s meeting point is agreed before arrival in an area accessible to the vehicle. Allow time to leave the platform with your luggage. If you need assistance inside the station, arrange it with the rail service and tell us how it affects the pickup.
Heading to the coast
For Amalfi, Ravello, Positano or a smaller coastal village, give the hotel name and its full address. The road transfer and the final access to reception must be planned together. For your return, agree a pickup allowing for traffic and the time needed to board your train.
